In a Glasser Quality School there is no such thing as a closed book test. Students are told to get out their notes and open their books.

I read this from another blog.

" Look at this. Why are there caps on all the water bottles? Just leave it. My God, there are water bottles and caps for days. You're stalling. This is basic recycling. How quickly ecological entitlement becomes environmental rape."

This is to me, one of the most hilarious lines from a new tv show!

It's called "Grace and Frankie" and "...The series premiered in May to rave reviews..." according to (The series premiered in May to rave reviews)

The show stars Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda. Believe it, I got bad comments for saying something nice about Jane Fonda on my Facebook account. Her past sorta communist supporting and anti Vietnam activity still stings some Americans.

I just laugh at the show!

choices (2015, almost summer)

Every day we have choices and decisions to make. As much as we have to do stuff, go to work, go to school, earn money...there is a huge variety there, as well.

As I write, both the other girls in my little unit of familia are ill. In a way, today, I am feeling anxious about their choices. Or non-choice? Today, I think I will prepare for my big job interview tomorrow, and keep my house in line. (As much as I can).

The pups were crazy....now they are soft, cuddly, and calm. Part of their tension or choice was because the six beautiful balloons flew right over our yard! Bark, bark!  First, I heard a strange bark, and now I realize it was the others in the 'hood, alerting us that something was in the sky. I do adore the sky & the ambiance of colorful balloons. But. Well, they were aiming for North Hills, that is where we used to live, so I was lucky. They often crashed and their presence was much, much closer up there.

I digress. I powerfully know that yoga (now) for me would be a better choice than A.B.C. morning news!   But I watched.

Big grin.

Laundry Napping

12:50. P.M.

I'm leaning sideways on green used couch with a puppy sleeping on top of the laundry I need to fold.

Weasel, our black n white sausage-dog, a rat terrier/chihuahua mix, likes to sleep on the warm laundry and I enjoy thinking that I'm playing a game of pick up sticks.

It's past lunch time, but not time for dinner and not time for me to get ready to work at my night job at a restaurant that I cannot name.

I'd really like to take a nap.

But, I'm finishing up on a few loads of laundry. My better half asked that I work on this. Not, find a day job, apply and/ or pound the pavement to follow up on your last four job applications, but no, prepare the house so that when the monthly free bug killer man ( the landlord provides....) arrives tomorrow, Thursday, our house will look normal.

Oye. It makes sense, in a way.

In my heart I am hoping and have faith that a full time Curriculum Coach or Language Arts teaching job will come up. Soon!

You should see the weather and the clouds and the feel of the ocean here, like the beach, but miles from any large body of water. I sniff the atmosphere and it's not Sahara, it's paradise.

Just got really windy.

Peace. Moonbeams.
